BV99 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and BV99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the BV99 website at bv99.ml, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, or the VIP programme — you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules specific to individual products, promotions, or bonus offers that BV99 may publish from time to time. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

BV99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a BV99 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

BV99 may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering on BV99, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BV99 login credentials — your username and password. BV99 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, you must notify BV99 support immediately and change your password.

Any activity that takes place on your account before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility. BV99 cannot be held liable for losses that result from a failure to keep login details secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

BV99 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods visible in your account at the time of deposit are the currently active options.

Deposits are credited to your BV99 balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• BV99 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made to BV99 are for gaming and betting purposes only. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed simply because you have changed your mind, though you may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time.
• BV99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before a withdrawal is processed. BV99 may request identity and payment verification documents as part of this process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the details on your BV99 account.
• Any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the relevant portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account at the time of making a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer.
• BV99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified.

If a withdrawal request is declined due to incomplete verification, you will be notified of the steps required to complete the process. BV99 will not withhold legitimately earned winnings from verified accounts.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BV99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the promotion is offered.

General bonus rules that apply across all BV99 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts being reviewed.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods vary by promotion and are stated in the specific terms for each offer.

• Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, abusive bonus strategies, or deliberately placing offsetting bets to clear requirements without genuine risk — will be voided.

7 Sports Betting Rules

BV99 offers sports betting on a wide range of events including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and ODIs), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball, and additional sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on BV 99:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, BV99's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. These are available in the FAQ section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay. BV99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits may be different for pre-match and in-play betting and may vary by sport.
• BV99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the cumulative odds of all selections. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
• Cricket betting on PSL and international matches follows specific settlement rules detailed in the betting section of the platform. Over-by-over and player performance markets are settled according to official scorecards.

BV99 monitors betting patterns for unusual activity. Accounts found to be exploiting pricing errors, engaging in arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or coordinating bets with other accounts may have their winnings reviewed and bets voided.

8 Casino, Slots and Games

BV99's casino section includes slots, live dealer games, table games, and bingo. All games on the platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time card shuffling and dealing by professional dealers.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Disputes must be raised with BV99 support within 30 days of the relevant game round.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard rules. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the player's balance.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. BV99 may take additional time to verify large jackpot wins before processing the associated withdrawal.
• Each slot and casino game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP figures are averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BV99. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any related winnings or balances reviewed or voided:

• Creating more than one BV99 account, whether under your own name or using false details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with the platform in a way not available to standard users.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Placing bets on events where you have access to insider information not available to the general public.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity when accessing the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

BV99 is committed to providing a platform where gaming remains an enjoyable leisure activity for adults. BV99 is not a way to make money and is not marketed as such. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to be aware of the time and money they spend on the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these Terms limits BV99's liability for fraud or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

BV99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity connected to the account.
• The account holder requesting self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• BV99 deciding to close the platform or cease operations in a particular region.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach, BV99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

You may close your BV99 account at any time by contacting support. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

14 Changes to These Terms

BV99 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, its products, payment methods, or for other operational or legal reasons. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — BV99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance, for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Continued use of the BV99 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure if applicable.
